FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics. Technical result is achieved by a sound-absorbing structure, made in the form of external and internal perforated walls, between which there is a sound absorber, consisting of three sound-absorbing material layers, the first layer, more rigid, is solid and profiled and fixed on the outer surface, and second layer is softer than the first one and is intermittent and placed in the focus of sound reflecting surfaces of the first layer, the first layer, more rigid, is solid and profiled, and the second layer, softer than the first, is intermittent and placed in the focus of sound reflecting surfaces of the first layer, and the third layer of the sound-absorbing element is made of foamed sound absorbing material, for example a construction sealing foam, and is located between the first, more rigid layer and perforated surface of the sound absorbing element, the intermittent sound-absorbing layer, located in the focus of a continuous profiled layer, made in the form of rotation bodies, for example in the form of balls, rotation ellipsoids and fixed by rods parallel to the perforated surfaces, which are rigidly connected to each other by means of vertical fasteners perpendicular to them, for example in the form of plates, one end of which is rigidly fixed to a smooth surface, and the second is made in the form of a clamp, covering the rod and tightening it with a screw, as a sound-absorbing material of the first, more rigid layer, a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used, followed by filling with titanium hydride or air with a density within 0.5…0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: compressive strength within 5…10 mPas, bending strength within 10…20 MPa, for example, foam aluminum, and as a sound-absorbing material of the second, softer layer, mineral wool on basalt base of “Rockwool” type, or "URSA" type mineral wool is used, material of the perforated surface is made solid, decorative damping materials, for example, elastrons "Agat", "Antivibrat", "Schwim" types, the perforated surface inner surface, facing the sound-absorbing structure, is lined with acoustically transparent material, for example, EZ-100 type glass fabric or “Poviden” polymer.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
