SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics. In a sound-absorbing structure made in the form of external and internal perforated walls, between which is placed sound absorber, consisting of three layers of sound-absorbing material, wherein first layer is more rigid, solid and profiled and is fixed on outer surface, second layer, softer than the first, is made intermittent and is located in the focus of the reflective surfaces of the first layer, the first more rigid layer being made solid and profiled, and the second layer, softer than the first, is discontinuous and located in the focus of the reflective surfaces of the first layer, and the third layer of the sound absorbing member is made of foamed sound absorbing material, for example a construction sealing foam, and is located between first, more rigid layer and perforated surface of sound absorbing element, the intermittent sound-absorbing layer located in the focus of the continuous profiled layer is made in the form of bodies of revolution, for example in the form of balls, ellipsoids of rotation, and fixed by means of rods parallel to the perforated surfaces, which are rigidly connected to each other by means of vertical fastening elements, perpendicular thereto, for example in the form of plates, one end of which is rigidly fixed to a smooth surface, and second one is made in form of clamp enclosing rod and tightening it with screw.

EFFECT: high efficiency of soundproofing at low and medium frequencies.
