SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pipe assembly for positioning in a pipeline for a gaseous medium. Device comprises a tubular body (22), a tubular flexible sealing element (23), which at the first end (25) is fixedly mounted outside the tubular body and which at the second end (42) comprises a flanged element (27). Flanged element (27) is made with possibility of removable attachment to the flanged element (31) in the connecting pipe (21) in the pipeline, so as to when the flanged elements are attached to each other and the pipe assembly is respectively connected to the connecting pipe, provide movement between the tubular body and the connecting pipe due to the flexibility of the sealing elements.

EFFECT: mutual attachment of the flanged elements (27, 31) forms only the contact connection of the pipe assembly (22) to the connecting pipe (21).
