SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to devices for placing a control unit on a component of an internal combustion engine (hereinafter – ICE). Device (12) for placing control unit (14), preferably electronic control unit of an engine, on component (16) of ICE (10) contains first connecting part (18) made for placing on component (16) of ICE (10). First connecting part (18) has first channel (32) for fluid medium. Second connecting part (20) by means of at least one damping element (22) is placed on first connecting part (18) at a distance from first channel (32) for fluid medium and is made for mounting of control unit (14). An internal combustion engine for a car and a car are also disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is improving the positioning of mounting zones relatively to easy access for mounting.
