SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind turbine consists of a wind engine, device that transmits the rotation from the wind wheel of the wind engine to the actuator, which is a mechanical heater in which, due to intensive mixing of the liquid, the mechanical energy of rotation of the wind wheel is converted into thermal energy of the liquid and its vapor and which consists of a fixed, hermetically sealed cylindrical container with perforated vanes mounted on its inner cylindrical surface in the form of half-cylinders or parts of semi-cylinders, in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor and from the rotor, also cylindrical, placed coaxially with the cylindrical container and with the perforated vanes installed on its outer surface, also in the form of half-cylinders or parts of half-cylinders, facing their concave sides towards the rotation of the rotor. Degree of perforation of each blade is from 0.4 to 0.6 of its total area, and the length of the blades on both the vessel and the rotor is chosen such that the rotor blades when rotating freely, but with gaps of not more than 5 mm pass along the inner cylindrical surface of the container and between its blades, and the cylindrical surface of the rotor is also free, but with gaps of not more than 5 mm pass between the ends of the blades placed on the vessel, and the blades on both the cylindrical vessel and the rotor should be located evenly, so that their longitudinal axes in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the installation are at angles of 5–10 degrees relative to each other, and in a plane parallel to the axis of the installation, equal to 5–10 % of the total height of the cylindrical vessel or rotor, while the blades in the plan must be rectilinear, and in the cross section have the shape of a half-cylinder part with a central angle equal to 100–120°.

EFFECT: invention is directed to intensity of liquid heating.
