SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology, in particular to analogue-to-digital converters, and can be used in digital systems for measuring and monitoring analog values. Functionality enhancement is to enable analogue-to-digital conversion of not only unipolar positive but also unipolar negative and bipolar signals. Device contains: a divider of the reference voltage; M multiplexers; M voltage comparators; register; clock pulse generator; trigger; code generator, unit for sign determining and inverting negative voltages, which includes an analog inverter, a comparator, and two analog keys.

EFFECT: technical result is functionality enhancement, improvement of device accuracy and speed, and reduction of the scheme complexity.
