Device comprises comparison circuit, digital-to-analog converter, trigger, pulses generator, counter, register, read-only memory, reading ADC, sign determination and negative voltages inverting unit, which includes analog inverter, comparator, and two analog keys.

EFFECT: enabling the possibility of analog-to-digital conversion of not only of unipolar positive but also unipolar negative and bipolar signals, increase in the circuit accuracy and speed, and reducing the circuit complexity.
