SUBSTANCE: invention relates to home automation systems. In the device management method, when an event in a smart phone happens, it is detected whether the event is a starting condition for a linkage scenario. Linkage scenario comprises starting conditions and tasks corresponding to the starting conditions. Starting conditions and tasks are set according to the events in the smartphone. Tasks are performed by executive devices. If the event is a starting condition for one of the linkage scenarios, execution device that corresponds to the starting condition for the linkage scenario is determined. Execution device is controlled to execute the task configured in the linkage scenario. Events are the receiving/rejecting of an incoming call, receiving or responding to a message, turning off, restarting, increasing/decreasing volume, activating/deactivating the silent mode, enable/disable flight mode or events defined by parameters measured by sensors in the smartphone. Parameters are the intensity of light, volume, acceleration and angular acceleration.
EFFECT: process of control is simplified.
