SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building automation system. System contains server (2), control devices (5) for each consumed energy carrier: gas, heat, hot and cold water, electricity, sensors (4) losses and accounting of energy consumed. Devices are controlled by a computer module. System contains devices that provide information transfer from the computer module via communication channels of local and global networks, data transfer protocol in the local network contains the ability to relay commands through network devices. System contains head processing server (2) and its cloud twin (2’). Backup cloud server (2’) in case of disconnection of the main communication channel or electricity takes over control of itself and starts transmitting on the backup channel information to the head unit.

EFFECT: improved reliability, system autonomy, more accurate monitoring of the system state is achieved.
