FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing soil samples for the determination of chemical composition of a plant material and arranging vertical open type air-cooled reflux condenser for test tubes. Device consists of a glass tube with spherical expansions, one end of which is tightly inserted into the tube, and the other is freely communicating with the atmosphere. And also to a method for preparing soil samples for the determination of organic matter and the arrangement of a vertical open type air-cooled reflux condenser for beakers.
EFFECT: invention can be effectively used in analytical laboratories, in determining the quantitative content of nitrogen (protein), phosphorus, potassium, sodium, et cetera in samples of plant material and quantitative determination of organic matter in soil samples.
