FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: an insert made of an antifriction material, which follows the profile of the connecting ring, is arranged on the surface of the connecting ring of the pump facing the pistons heads. Such insert can be made of fluoroplastic composition of F4K20 under dry friction conditions within a wide temperature range from -250 to +260°C.
EFFECT: increased pump efficiency and expanded list of pumped liquids.
