FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-scale power engineering, namely to floating installations using the energy of sea waves. Device comprises floating base 1, pendulum 5 configured to swing relative to base 1 around horizontal axis 7, and power take-off device configured to interact with electric power generator 18. Axis 7 is placed on vertical supports 8. Pendulum 5 is made in a swinging plane in the form of a sector, at the top of the central angle of which axis 7 is placed, the sector arc faces downward. Lower part of the sector from its both ends is equipped with identical racks 12. Racks 12 are rigidly fixed along the sector arc. Planes containing the middle lines of rack teeth 12 are perpendicular to axis 7. In the power take-off device shafts 14 are used which are rotatably mounted on both sides of swinging plane of pendulum 5 opposite each other and provided with the same gear wheels 16 configured to cooperate with racks 12.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing material consumption and improving stability.
