FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, agricultural microbiology. Method for producing biofertilizer includes pre-grinding chicken manure and peat, taken in a ratio of 50:50 components to a granulometric composition but not more than 10 mm with followed by their mixing, by acid hydrolysis with an aqueous solution of 0.15 N nitric acid and 0.5 % potassium solution of 2-substituted 3-hydrofluoric acid in an amount of 1 L per 1 kg of the mixture at a temperature of 20–22 °C for 24 hours and carrying out the bioconversion process in two stages at elevated temperature. In this case, the first stage of bioconversion is carried out in a temperature range of 55–60 °C for 24 hours, the second – in the temperature range 36–39 °C for 96 hours. At the same time, every 30 hours, the mixture is agitated with air in the longitudinal and transverse direction for 24 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides a new biofertilizer, enriched with stimulants to improve the growth and development of plants – nitric acid and potassium phosphate 2-substituted 3-hydric.
