FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Biopreparation for fodder production method envisages fermentation of a mixture of peat and poultry manure in ratio of components of 50:50, enriched with flour production wastes in amount of 5 % of the weight of the peat mixture and acidified with 50 % acetic acid, in three steps: first – for 48 hours at temperature 37 °C, second – for 24 hours in temperature range of 55–60°C, third stage – for 48 hours at temperature 37 °C, wherein the fermentation process is carried out under anaerobic conditions, after which solid-phase fermentation product is subjected to extraction with 1 % potassium phosphate solution for 48 hours at temperature 22 °C and subsequent filtration of extracted mass, wherein 50 % acetic acid is taken in dose of 25 ml per 1 kg of the peat mixture, and upon completion of the filtration process, sodium chloride is added to the obtained end product in dry form in amount of 10 wt. %, components are mixed until complete dissolution, after which the obtained biopreparation is held for 12 hours at temperature 22 °C.

EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the quality of the prepared silage using the biopreparation produced by the declared method as starter for ensilage and to increase the effective biopreparation time.
