FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used primarily in the utilization of mineralized drainage flow of hydro-reclamation systems, as well as in scalding of waste water of various genesis. Evaporation pond of the mineralized drainage flow includes an open waters connected through water regulating structures with a supply channel. Water is divided into sections, one of which, accumulating the drainage flow, is divided into several units, connected to the supply channel and communicated with the intensive evaporation section of the drainage water, conjugated in turn with the concentrated brine of accumulation section. Water heating system is made of half-socket pipes, which are pumped through the bottom of the intensive evaporation section, connected to air heater with compressor, and each pair of pipes is equipped with a perforated flexible screen consisting of two panels, one’s edges of which is fixed at the bottom of the compartment, and the second is fixed on displacer, and the displacers of the two panels are connected by elastic flexible bonding. Evaporation pond is equipped with a water-supply pipeline mounted on the shore with aerosol sprinklers, communicated through a pumping station with an intensive evaporation section.
EFFECT: implementation of the proposed design of pond-evaporator of mineralized drainage flow allows to increase the efficiency of energy resources used to heat mineralized drainage waters and thereby increase the efficiency of their evaporation, as well as to reduce the thermal pollution of air space in the areas adjacent to the location of the evaporator pond.
