SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles on a dynamic air cushion and relates to ekranoplans. Ekranoplan contains a fuselage, landing gear, vertical tail, wings, engines. Wings are mounted on the fuselage according to the scheme ʺtandem-biplaneʺ. On the upper wings propulsors are installed, which are propellers placed in the aerodynamic rings. On the head wings and the following wings propulsors are installed obliquely, and the tail propulsion unit is installed horizontally. In the planes of the lower shielding wings propellers are placed, connected by shafts with the corresponding engines. On the upper and lower surfaces of the wings the channels for air current passage are configured.
EFFECT: shortening the take-off length, reduction the flight takeoff speed in the screen mode, and increase in the flight altitude in the screen mode is achieved.
