FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, particularly, to broadband acoustic suppression, and can be used in all sectors of national economy as means of noise protection. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of protecting the operator from production noise is that the operator's workplace is equipped with noise reduction means, the operator's workplace is placed between the acoustic screens, and to reduce the sound vibration, the operator's workplace is equipped with a two-stage operator's vibration protection system made in the form of a floor on an elastic base, frame is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, wherein the structure of the floor of the room is made in the form of a floating floor, which is a layer of soundproofing cushioning material located on the slab, on top of which a cement-sand screed is made, and the substrate is laid on the screed, then the laminate with the plinth, and the acoustic device of the acoustic suspended ceiling located in the truss zone is equipped with at least two sound-absorbing sections, each of which contains walls of corrugated perforated material, between which there are sound-absorbing elements, and the walls of the corrugated material are made with slotted perforations of stainless steel or galvanized sheet, each of the sound-absorbing elements being made in the form of perforated plates, between which are symmetrically arranged layers of sound-reflecting material, and in the center between layers of sound-reflecting material there are layers of sound-absorbing material of different density, in two layers, layers of the sound-reflecting material being made of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra, which are respectively at the perforated plates, the perforated plate being made of a plastic, capron or metal mesh with a shallow cell, a sound-absorbing porous ceramic material is used as a sound-absorbing material, and as the material of the sound-reflecting layers, a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used, followed by filling with titanium hydride or air, heat-sound-insulating fence is made in the form of a rigid and perforated wall, between which a multi-layered sound-absorbing element is provided, which is made in the form of two layers: one of which, adjacent to the rigid wall, is sound-absorbing, and the other, that adjacent to the perforated wall, is made with a perforation from a sound-reflecting material of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra, while a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used as a sound-reflecting material, followed by filling with titanium hydride or air, or soundproofing plates based on glass staple fiber, or a material based on a magnesia binder with reinforcing fiberglass or glass wool.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of sound attenuation by increasing the sound absorption coefficient by increasing the sound absorption surfaces while maintaining the overall dimensions of the room.
