FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry, in particular to hydrocarbon gas treatment using a low temperature process, and can be used in processes of condensate-containing gas preparation. In the method for preparing hydrocarbon gas for transport, gas stream from the wells is fed to a primary separation, methanol from water-methanol solution is desorbed with the gas flow, gas flow is added with the methanol, the gas flow is cooled with air, hydrocarbon condensate and gas in two stages, secondary separation of gas flow is performed, methanol is fed into gas stream, the gas flow is cooled with gas and due to pressure reduction, the final separation of the gas stream is carried out, the separated gas is heated in three stages by a gas stream and gas is escaped from the unit. Pressure of the separated gas is lowered after the final separation to a level, providing the minimum permissible temperature to minus 47 °C heat exchange with the gas stream, the separated gas is heated with a gas stream, the pressure of the separated gas is lowered to a pressure of 3.1 MPa, providing the possibility of supplying the separated gas from the installation for transportation to compression. Liquid phase after the primary separation of the gas flow is mixed with the water solution after desorption of methanol, it is added with the liquid phase after the secondary separation of the gas flow, is sent to separate from the hydrocarbon condensate of the gas and the aqueous solution, gas is inserted into the gas stream before final separation, withdrawing the aqueous solution from the unit, directing the liquid phase after the final separation for separation into a hydrocarbon condensate, gas and water-methanol solution, gas is returned for the second final separation together with gas stream, feeding water-methanol solution into gas flow, aqueous solution is exposed from gas stream, the hydrocarbon condensate is heated with the gas flow and mixed with hydrocarbon condensate after the primary and the secondary separations, hydrocarbon condensate is delivered for separation of low-pressure gas and water-methanol solution, the low-pressure gas is ejected into the gas flow, the hydrocarbon condensate and the water-methanol solution are extracted from the plant.
