FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, in particular to treatment of hydrocarbon gas using low-temperature process, and can be used in process of field preparation for transportation of products of gas condensate deposits. In method of hydrocarbon gas preparation for transportation, gas flow from well clusters is supplied for primary separation, methanol is desorbed by gas flow from high-concentration water-methanol solution, methanol is introduced into the gas stream, the gas flow is cooled at the first stage with air, at the second stage – with a light hydrocarbon condensate, at the third stage – with twice separated gas. Then, gas flow is separated in a secondary way, methanol is fed into the gas stream, the gas flow is cooled by the separated gas and, due to pressure reduction, final separation of the gas flow is performed; the separated gas is heated by the gas flow in three steps and the separated gas is discharged from the plant. Liquid phase after final separation of gas flow is directed for separation into light hydrocarbon condensate, gas of medium pressure degassing and water-methanol solution of high concentration. Return gas of average pressure degassing to repeated final separation together with gas flow, higher pressure of water-methanol solution of high concentration and directed for methanol desorption, light hydrocarbon condensate is heated by gas flow. In liquid phase after primary separation of gas stream is introduced aqueous solution after desorption of methanol, directing gas-liquid mixture for separation into heavy hydrocarbon condensate, high pressure degassing gas and aqueous solution, high pressure degassing gas is introduced into the gas stream after lowering the pressure of the gas stream, separating the low pressure gas degassing gas and the medium concentration water-methanol solution from the light hydrocarbon condensate, introducing a water-methanol solution of medium concentration into the high-concentration water-methanol solution before increasing pressure, introducing into the heavy hydrocarbon condensate a light hydrocarbon condensate, hydrocarbon condensate is sent for separation of low pressure weathering gas, hydrocarbon condensate is removed from the unit, low pressure weathering gas is directed for ejection, liquid phase is being introduced into low pressure weathering gas after secondary separation of gas flow. Water solution after desorption of methanol is divided into two parts, first part of aqueous solution after desorption of methanol is introduced into liquid phase after primary separation of gas stream, second part of aqueous solution after desorption of methanol is introduced into light hydrocarbon condensate after final separation of gas flow for sorption of methanol.

EFFECT: technical result consists in longer service life of pumps for supply of water-methanol solution, reduced consumption of methanol during downtime of pumps.
