FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewage wells repairs. Method consists in feeding the lining elements through the hatch of the sewage well (1) to the shaft of the well to be repaired, the installation of the lining of the base / bottom (4) of the well, the lining of the trunk (3), and also the connection of the lining of the base / bottom and trunk using the connecting elements. Sandblasting the surface of the barrel and the bottom of the well is carried out, trimming the projections of the pipes (5 and 6) and trays, filling the slots and holes and mechanically leveling the unevenness on the bottom and trays with subsequent processing of the inner surface of the well in places of leakage with waterproofing solutions. As a polymeric material for the lining of the base / bottom and bore (3) of the well, reinforced fiberglass is used. Installation of the base / bottom is performed from separate facing elements that form a surface, identical to the surface of the bottom of the well, fixing the trough part of the lining of the base / bottom of the well, made in the shape of the profile of the trays, is carried out with a quick-hardening solution (9), for example cement, and the joints of the trays (7a) are fixed with the aid of a fiberglass putty. Then, the segments (11a) of the polymer sheets are fixed to the bottom (4) of the sewerage well (1a), fixing them with the help of fiberglass filler, seam sealing between the trays (7a) and segments of fiberglass sheets are performed by applying putty to the seams, applying fiberglass tape on these seams with subsequent application of the fiberglass resin tape on the outer surface. Then, waterproofing the seams between segments of fiberglass sheets of the base / bottom of the well and inner surface of the trunk of the repaired sewage well, as well as seam between the main tray and the input / output pipe of the well with fiberglass filler by applying putty to the seams, then applying the fiberglass strip to these seams with subsequent application of the fiberglass resin tape on the outer surface. Lining of the wellbore is performed using a single blank (13) of sheet material made of reinforced fiberglass, with a length of 50–100 mm exceeding the length of the circumference of the sewer well (1), to form a joint at the junction of the seam, gluing which is carried out with the help of fiberglass filler with subsequent application of fiberglass tape on this seam and applying the fiberglass resin tape to the outer surface. Horizontal seam between the lower edge of the trunk lining (3) made of reinforced fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet (13) and the base / bottom of the well is also treated with putty, overlaying this seam tape and applying tape resin to the outer surface. Then attach the lining of the barrel to the walls of the well with dowels with a fiberglass washer, the waterproofing of the heads of the dowels and washers is carried out with GRP, and the space between the walls of the well and the lining of the wellbore is filled with cement (9).
EFFECT: reliable waterproofing and a long, failure-free operation of the sewage well is ensured.
