Technical solution is to use the energy of the entire accelerated mass of gas both in the axial and radial directions. Profile of the rotating blades contains the quality of both the axial and radial fan, and the profile and direction of the line of the edges of the fixed blades are oriented to the incoming stream in this manner, at which the outgoing gas is directed parallel to the axis of rotation of the fan or in a different direction.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency and throughput of the mechanism.
