FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of rubber hose products. Technical result is achieved by a method of assembling hose products which comprises extruding a tubular rubber workpiece from the first extruder. Then the cooling, the wetting and the drying of the workpiece are carried out. Then the workpiece is fed to the first coiling machine, where the textile layers of the reinforcing material are wound onto the workpiece. Workpiece is fed into the second coiling machine, the reinforcing material is wrapped in the form of textile layers onto the workpiece. Subsequent supply of the preform to the vacuum chamber and its evacuation is carried out. Workpiece is fed into the second extruder and an external rubber layer is applied. Subsequently, it is cooled, wetted and dried, after that the preform is additionally wetted and dried. Rolling, expansion and winding of the workpiece onto the coiler are carried out. Then the workpiece is vulcanized.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of assembly of hose items.
