FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: methods of circumferential additional reinforcement formation of seamless tubular body, in particular polymeric and metal-polymer pipes, include the operation of spiral wound of the circumferential reinforcement. Before the spiral wound operation, the circumferential reinforcement is fed to the by-pass roller, which is configured to perform at least one turn on the surface of the by-pass roller co-axially with the spiral wound turn. Also, a device is provided for forming a circumferential reinforcement of a seamless product and a device for obtaining the noted product.

EFFECT: improved quality of finished products while reducing the energy intensity of production and simplifying the equipment by means of eliminating the need to convert the material stock to produce a circumferential frame around the longitudinal axis of the product, improved conditions of the band materials use for circumferential reinforcement of composite pipes, because the proposed kinematics of the consumable material feeding for a transverse reinforcement involves the use of only transverse bending without the longitudinal bending of the circumferential reinforcement.
