SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric power industry and can be used to separate the fuel costs between the types of energy produced at the combined heat and power plants (CHP) and in interconnected power utilities to optimize their operating modes in order to save fuel and improve the environmental situation in the country as a whole. Proposed method allows to increase fuel economy by optimizing the operating modes of the CHPP as a combined source for the production of electric and thermal energy, maximizing the producer's profit and minimizing the cost of production of electric and thermal energy. This is achieved by the fact that in a known method of distributing fuel costs at a CHP plant, in which the consumption of material energy resources (fuel, steam) between the production of electrical and thermal energy is distributed for a given composition of operating equipment (boilers and turbines) according to the criterion of maximizing profit by controlling the extraction of steam from the turbines by means of the control valve of the high-pressure part of the turbine compartment, the power characteristics of the station are determined on the basis of the principle of equality of the relative increments in fuel consumption, and also the characteristic of the plant's marginal costs for each season of the year and terminal revenues of the plant on the basis of demand curves for the seasons of the year are build on their basis, the volume of the optimum electrical power of the plant is determined, at the same time, the optimal distribution of electric energy of thermal power plants is carried out, taking into account the constraints on the forced heating mode based on the criterion of maximizing profits, then the heat energy is distributed between the plant units by the method to optimize the operating conditions of the power plant, and then fuel costs (fuel, steam) are distributed between the types of energy produced (electrical and thermal) by adjusting the values of steam extraction from the turbines by means of the control valve of the high pressure part of the turbine compartment by the criterion of maximum profit and, as a result, the optimal mode of operation of the plants for the combined electric power production method and flat energy is found, and at the final stage, the load distribution at the plant is corrected on the basis of comparing the results of the most advantageous electric power distribution between the plant units by the seasons of the year and the results of controlling the operation of the plant as a source of combined production, the fuel consumption is distributed between the generation of electrical and thermal energy at the plant according to the developed model of the optimal distribution of electricity between its units by the criterion of maximizing profit.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to increase fuel economy.
