FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering and can be used in thermal power plants (TPPs) with a steam boiler during their new construction or technical re-equipment with more energy efficient equipment. The system for the production of environmentally friendly fuel is connected to a TPP plant equipped with a steam boiler and using fuel gas coming from a gas distribution station as fuel. The system contains a liquefied natural gas production unit, a hydrogen production unit by electrolysis, one, but not limited to, a gas-oil heat exchanger, one, but not limited to, an expander with an electric generator and a water treatment unit for filtering and cleaning the condensate flow from the cooling tower water traps. The gas-oil heat exchanger and the expander are interconnected in series and connected to the fuel gas supply line. The electric generator of the expander is electrically connected to the liquefied natural gas production unit and to the hydrogen production unit, and the water treatment unit is connected to the outlet of the water traps of the cooling tower and is connected by pipelines for supplying and draining the condensate flow to the electrolyzer of the hydrogen production unit. The gas-oil heat exchanger is connected to the oil supply system of the heating steam turbine, as well as to the flue gas removal system of the boiler of the combined heat and power plant.
EFFECT: organizing the production of environmentally friendly fuel: liquefied natural gas and hydrogen during the operation of a TPP with a steam boiler, increasing energy efficiency and, in general, the efficiency of such a TPP.
