SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power industry, where it can be used in heat supply systems as a heat source of increased energy efficiency. A heat generating plant including a hot water boiler which input and output are connected respectively to the return and delivery pipelines of the heat network, a recirculation pipeline with a recirculation pump and a recirculation controller connecting the output and the input of the hot water boiler, a mixing pipeline with the network water temperature regulator connecting the output of the network pump installed in the return pipeline of the heat network with the delivery pipeline of the heat network, additionally comprises a check valve, two hydraulic accumulators and a shock assembly, the check valve is installed in the recirculation pipeline at the input of the recirculation pump, the first hydraulic accumulator is connected to the recirculation pipeline between the recirculation pump and the check valve, the second hydraulic accumulator is connected to the return pipeline of the heat network at the outlet of the network pump, and the output of the hot water boiler is connected to the delivery pipeline of the heat network through the shock unit.

EFFECT: it allows to intensify the heat transfer due to more efficient heat elimination from the heating surfaces of the hot water boiler and increase the performance reliability of the heat generating plant by creating conditions for self-cleaning of the heating surfaces of the hot water boiler and putting the recirculation pump into the reserve, as well as to increase the energy efficiency of the heat generating plant due to a relative decrease in the specific consumption of fuel and energy resources achieved by intensifying heat transfer and eliminating spending on the drive of the recirculation pump, in addition, to reduce the operating costs of the heat generating plant, which are connected with cleaning of the hot water boiler.
