FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: installation for the investigation of the pulsed fluid motion regime includes warming and heating circuits 1 and 2. Circuit 1 includes a hydraulically connected heat source 3, a pump 4 and a heat exchanger 5. Circuit 2 includes a hydraulically connected heater 6, a second pump 7, a check valve 8, a cooler 9 and an adjusting valve 10. A battery 11 is connected between the cooler 9 and the valve 10 to the circuit 2. Shock unit 13 is connected between the pump 7 and the valve 8 to the circuit 2, through the mode switching valve 12, the output of which is connected to the input of air heater 6. The cooler 9 and the heat exchanger 5 are connected to each other with the possibility of making thermal contact. At the inlet and outlet of heat exchanger 5 and cooler 9, temperature sensors 14-17 are installed. The installation further comprises two flow meters 18 and 19, four taps 20-23, two additional check valves 24, 25, a second control valve 26, second battery 27 and three pressure sensors 28-30.
EFFECT: creation of an installation that allows to study hydraulic shock, to investigate the effect of pulsed motion of the coolant on heat transfer process, and to perform comparative thermal tests.
