FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket construction and can be used in design of rocket engine construction for various purposes. Flange of a rotary nozzle comprises a conical body with a recessed in the engine portion with a supporting surface on the elastic hinge under conditions of application on one side and a connecting frame for the frame of the rotary nozzle on the other, and also a power support belt between them, having connecting holes for connection to the engine flange, structurally separating the recessed portion of the conical body. Recessed portion of the conical body has an additional power shell, preferably made of unidirectional composite material. Power shell is directly installed on the recessed part of the conical body with an abutment on the power support belt and with a pinch on it and has, with the recessed portion of the conical body, a common support surface on the elastic hinge. Power support belt is made of a composite material with ribbing on the side opposite to the engine flange, with formation of niches for placing fastening or metal elements to it.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide compactability and rigidity of the structure.
