SUBSTANCE: unit contains the frame of internal unit; a heat exchanger mounted on the frame and having a refrigerant line through which the refrigerant passes; a hanging plate mounted on the rear surface of the frame and configured to secure the frame to the wall surface, wherein the frame is rotatable relative to the hanging plate; and a plate-holder mounted on the lower portion of the frame and connecting the frame and the hanging plate, the end of the refrigerant pipeline is located in the space defined by the frame, the plate-holder and the hanging plate, and wherein the plate-holder is detachably disposed from the hanging plate, thereby the refrigerant line is accessible to the user for performing the operation of connecting or separating the refrigerant pipeline with or from the connecting pipe (s) connected to the outdoor unit, and wherein the insertion part is formed on the frame, and the plate-holder is removable from the insertion part when the plate-holder is detached from the hanging plate.
