SUBSTANCE: invention is related to air conditioning unit that is installed in premise. Unit of air conditioning contains heat-exchanger, fan for air supply into heat exchanger, bottom frame, on which heat exchanger and fan are installed, at that bottom frame has back side fixed to wall, pipeline connected to heat exchanger for supply of coolant into heat exchanger and for coolant drain from heat exchanger, and element that fixes pipeline installed near lateral side of bottom frame and near bottom side of bottom frame to fix the pipeline.
EFFECT: simplification of servicing of air conditioning unit located in premise.
