FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely, to a long lengthway panel construction (hereinafter referred to as "LLPC") and a device for butt jointing of the LLPC-angular double-bar cage (ADC) sections. Universal technical result consists in possibility of creating profile sections of LLPC and is achieved due to the fact that in LLPC consisting of two or more parallel lengthway elements each having at least one pair of joined sections, the latter are connected to each other and are combined with respective adjacent sections of the adjacent lengthway member to form a pair of adjacent LLPC sections with the help of a ADC consisting of a set of links comprising the internal connections formed in the form of a pair, each forming an assembly joint, and two external power connections (EPC), each made in the form of a channel and equipped with beacon plates, where in the middle part of the plate and the rib plate of the EPC from the side facing the extremities of the mating sections pair of the corresponding lengthway LLPC element placed in the lengthway cage cavities formed when it is assembled between the docking assembly and EPC or between adjacent docking assemblies and end docking assemblies and EPC, distance spacers are separated from each other by said extremities, as well as from the fastening elements of the holder in the form of a pair of adjustable cores and a pair of spacers, EPC and VUS are bent each in the middle part, in the plane of the rib plate location by bending angle (α), which is the angle of deflection of the shelf/shelves of communication from the horizontal, and each internal locking connection in the docking unit of the cage is made up (composite VSS) of two parts that are mirror images of each other, end edges of each of which, located in the docking assembly of the cages from each other by the gap, are cut at angle (α/2) to the vertical with the vertex of the angle on the free edge of the edge plate, where (0<α</= 90°). LLPC constructions, for the connection of adjacent sections of which are used, including ADC, are used as guiding paths that repeat the profile of the temporary ways coastal slope of moving large-sized and heavy cargo.
EFFECT: creation of profile sections of LLPC.
