FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geotechnical construction, namely, to manufacturing of piles that perceive vertical and horizontal forces and moments acting at a pile, side pressure of soil during their use to fix pits and slopes of mines, and also for a device of pressed piles, when it is nit possible to use a solid pipe for the entire length of the pile for pile reinforcement. The highest advantage the proposed invention has in case of piles arrangement under conditions that limit application of pipes for the entire length of the pile, for instance, when arranging piles of reinforcement of building foundations from basement rooms or under ramps and under other conditions. The butt connection of pile pipe sections includes an additional section of a pipe of a smaller and/or larger diameter compared to accordingly an inner or outer diameters of pile pipe sections placed in the zone of jointing of the upper and lower pipe. The entire space, which is not occupied with pipes, is filled with a disperse hardening material. When using the additional section of a smaller diameter pipe it is placed with one end for the depth of at least one diameter inside the lower part of the upper pipe and is fixed in it, and with its other end the specified pipe section is freely arranged inside the pipe of the lower section for the depth of at least one its diameter, preferably.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity of a pile as a result of reduction of a value of its longitudinal axis diversion from the design position, and also improved quality, lower labour intensiveness and material intensity.
