FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: way of getting a polyamide polymer is that initially receive a solution of diamine monomers comprising aromatic diamine monomers, represented by chemical formulas (1) H2N-Ar1(CONH2)a-NH2 and (2) H2N-Ar2(CN)b-NH2. Then, polymerization is carried out by introducing the monomer solution based on derived dibasic organic acids, represented by the chemical formula (3 X-CO-Ar3-CO-X. While Ar1 and Ar2 each independently means substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C34) an aromatic group or Ar4-Z-Ar5 where Ar4 and Ar5 are substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C34) an aromatic group Ar3 is an unsubstituted (C6-C10) an aromatic group, Z means simple link, -C(O) NH-, -NH-C (O)-, -CO-, -COO-, -SO2-, -SO-, or substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C10), linear or branched alkylene group, X represents a halogen atom, a and b are each independently means an integer from 1 to 4. Way to obtain compositions of spinning solution includes introduction to the aforementioned polyamide polymer, of at least one inorganic salts, selected from the group consisting of carbonate alkali metal oxide, alkaline metal, alkaline metal hydride, alkaline metal hydroxide, alkaline earth metal carbonate, alkaline earth metal hydride, alkaline earth metal oxide, and alkaline earth metal hydroxide, or a mixture of them. Polyamide fiber is get by spinning above-mentioned compositions of spinning solution. Polyamide polyethylene product is get by spinning above-mentioned spinning solution composition, and coagulation of spun fibers.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain polyamide fibre with a high gloss, possessing resistance to the action of UV light for a long time, and enhance the strength and elasticity of the fiber.
