Technical result is achieved due to the fact that an error protection block has been introduced into the automated workstation of the data transmission operator, automatic communication switch (ACS) of data transmission equipment, a coupling unit (CU) with communication lines, a trunk line (TL) from a long-distance telephone exchange, a wire line, two line filters, a converting telegraph signals device (CTSD), a tone frequency channel, and a pulse communication channel.

EFFECT: increase the efficiency of monitoring data transmission equipment and communication channels, reliability of operation.
