FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment and can be used as a logic element for comparing the repetition frequencies and forming a phase mismatch of the pulses of the driving generator and the feedback probe in automatic control systems based on the principle of phase-locked loop. Frequency-phase comparator contains the third, fourth and fifth logical elements AND, adder-subtracter, the third and fourth D-flip-flops, the second logic element OR and RS flip-flop. First and second inputs of the third logical element AND are respectively connected to the inverse outputs of the first and second blocking D flip-flops. Output of the third logic element AND is the P output of the comparator and is connected to the S-input of the RS flip-flop and to the R inputs of the third and fourth D flip-flops.
EFFECT: technical result consists in extending the linear zone of operation of the frequency-phase comparator in synchronization mode of the phase-locked loop.
