SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems of controlling the process of spray drying and agglomeration of food media and may be used in brewing, confectionery and other industries. Method of spray drying automatic control and agglomeration process consist in maintaining the prescribed modes of temperature of the drying agent at the inlet and outlet of the dryer, the viscosity in the supply line of the material, the bulk density of the dried product, the humidity and the temperature of the drying agent are measured while maintaining the moisture content of the dried product at a constant level. Bulk density to a predetermined value is first adjusted by changing the ratio of liquid and recycled dry products, fed to the dryer, and then by changing the humidity of the steam-air mixture fed to the additional agglomerator.

EFFECT: invention should provide an increase in the efficiency of the spray drying and agglomeration process and higher quality of the resulting finished products.
