FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of technological processes in fat-and-oil industry. Method for controlling a line for integrated treatment of oilseed seeds comprises drying seeds, milling and mechanical pressing, cooling refuses, milling and mixing refuses with heated water, separation of obtained mixture into soluble and insoluble fractions, drying of insoluble fraction, cleaning of waste drying agent, heating of drying agent and water, cooling and drying of waste drying agent and air. Additionally pneumatic transport is used for supply of ground pomace for mixing with heated water in vessel with vibrated machine; receiver in recycling circuit of coolant of steam compression heat pump; flow rate and humidity of initial seeds fed for processing are measured; consumption and moisture content of insoluble fraction fed for drying; pomace supplied to cooling; pomace temperature before grinding; flow rate of ground refuse fed for mixing with heated water, consumption of soluble fraction; flow rate and temperature of steam-air mixture of waste drying agent and air in front of working section of steam compressor heat pump and after it; boiling point of coolant in working section of evaporator; ratio of drying agent flow rate, supplied for heating to one of sections of two-section condenser, and cooled air after working section of evaporator; consumption of water supplied for heating to another section of two-section capacitor; as per measured values of temperature and flow rate of steam-air mixture of waste drying agent and air in front of working section of evaporator of steam compression heat pump, temperature of steam-air mixture of waste drying agent and air after working section of evaporator and temperature of boiling of coolant in evaporator is determined current value of heat transfer coefficient on cooling surface of working section of evaporator and compared with specified value and when current heat transfer coefficient value deviates from preset reduction, pressure of coolant throttling through thermostatic expansion valve and its boiling point in working section of evaporator are reduced, and when the lower maximum allowable value of the heat transfer coefficient on the cooling surface of the working section of the evaporator is switched, the working section of the evaporator is switched to the regeneration mode with connection of the section operating in regeneration mode to the condensation mode; setting a predetermined ratio of the cold air fed to the refuses cooling and the drying agent fed for heating to one of the two-section condenser sections; when temperature of drying agent deviates after one of sections of condenser of steam compression heat pump, the temperature of condensation of coolant is affected by varying degree of cooling agent by controlling compressor drive power; according to mixing temperature of pomace with heated water, flow of heated water is installed through another section of condenser of steam compression heat pump; temperature, and humidity of initial seeds are used to set temperature and flow rate of drying agent by effect of coolant compression ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides stabilization of quality of obtained target and intermediate products in intervals of specified values at minimum power inputs.
