SUBSTANCE: packaging material comprises the multi-layered material structure with layers of laminate, the through area and two lines of weakness that form the area between each other. Packaging material comprises the opening device with the first and the second parts that are connected to the corresponding sides, and the connecting part of the material extending into the passage area and connecting the first part with the second part. Second part at least partially covers the passage area and comprises the discrete section which covers at least in part the two lines of weakness. Discrete section comprises one or more discrete recesses that are located above the weakening lines or adjacent to the weakening lines for directing the rupture of the multilayer structure of the material along the weakening lines.
