SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible single-portion packages and pertains to composite packaging foil for packaging, child-proof and/or easy to use for the elderly. The foil comprises a first with having a first outer surface and a first inner surface, wherein the first layer imparts tear-preventing properties onto the packaging foil, a second layer with a second outer surface and a second inner surface, wherein the second outer surface of the second layer is hermetically connectable to the matching surface, an inner layer located between the first inner surface of the first layer and the second inner surface of the second layer. The packaging foil has at least one attenuation area wherein the tear-preventing properties of the packaging foil are reduced by means of multiple perforations made in the first layer. The density of perforations in the attenuation area is in the range from 50 to 250 per cm².

EFFECT: invention ensures production of packaging foil for packages, especially child-proof and/or easy to use for the elderly, more convenient for the user and requiring a smaller amount of material in manufacture.
