FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-locking hydraulic differential mechanisms of automobiles. In the hydraulic differential, containing the semi-axial gears with satellites and the locking device made in the form of a reversible hydraulic pump, that includes a stator, rotor, blades with springs, distribution disk, cover, back-pressure valves and suction, discharge and outlet channels. Locking device has two differential lock valves installed after the check valves in the axial parts of the output channels. Each of the valves consists of a piston with diametrically arranged axial rectangular grooves along its height and a pull-back compression spring.
EFFECT: high efficiency is achieved.
