SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved pulley for a highly efficient winch. Pulley (2) for winch comprises a plurality of peripheral supports (3, 4, 5, 6) deformable depending on the specified cable section length. Each of the peripheral supports (3, 4, 5, 6) comprises a structure (41) intended to support one prismatic insert (32, 42, 52, 62) engaged with said cable section (1). Structure (41) consists of one inclined pair of U-shaped harmonic wires capable of radially aligning by elastic deformation relative to their engaged end.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
