FIELD: articulated manipulators for loading and unloading of products, in particular, such products as petroleum products.
SUBSTANCE: the device has a balanced in the first position and having a circular type pipe-line system, having an end installed on a base, and provided with a butt-joining system installed on its other end for joining to the coupling means installed in the second position. The butt-joining system is connected to a cable, whose other end is connected to a means for creation of a permanent tension of this cable. Besides, the device has a butt-joining hoist on which the butt-joining cable is wound to bring the butt-joining system to the position of joining to the coupling means with overcoming the permanent tension imparted to the cable connected to the butt-joining system.
EFFECT: provided engagement and disengagement of the loading manipulator with the ship in severe weather conditions on the sea.
