SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aquaculture and can be used to prepare water for pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts grown in installations with a closed cycle of water supply. Device for preparing water for the pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts forms connected to each other with rinsing water tank, device for controlling the concentration of NaCl in water, device for controlling pH in water, first air compressor, sludge transfer unit, sludge discharge unit, first shutter, second shutter, third shutter, fourth shutter, fifth shutter, zeolite filter, pool, where the first pump is placed for the pre-sale preparation of the hydrobionts, sixth shutter, seventh shutter, second air compressor, boiler, ultraviolet radiation unit, fresh water supply unit, second pump, activated carbon filter and unit for measuring the concentration of organic substances. Device is also equipped with an IBM compatible electronic computer, in particular, which can be used as a personal IBM compatible computer on which the program for the electronic computer "The program for managing water preparation in the process of pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts" is installed (Certificate of the Russian Federation on the state registration of the computer program No. 2017610669 January 16, 2017). This computer is information-and-commutationally connected with the above-mentioned blocks by means of the above program for electronic computers, which allows to quickly manage the process of removing of prepared for sale hydrobionts geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol from the bodies, thereby providing an acceptable level of organoleptic quality of the subsequent fish products.

EFFECT: such a constructive solution is aimed at reducing the time of pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts.
