Device is also equipped with an IBM compatible electronic computer, in particular, which can be used as a personal IBM compatible computer on which the program for the electronic computer "The program for managing water preparation in the process of pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts" is installed (Certificate of the Russian Federation on the state registration of the computer program No. 2017610669 January 16, 2017). This computer is information-and-commutationally connected with the above-mentioned blocks by means of the above program for electronic computers, which allows to quickly manage the process of removing of prepared for sale hydrobionts geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol from the bodies, thereby providing an acceptable level of organoleptic quality of the subsequent fish products.

EFFECT: such a constructive solution is aimed at reducing the time of pre-sale preparation of hydrobionts.
