FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: stent is implanted and retracted along the course of the conductor transfemoral into the true channel of the descending thoracic aorta. A distal anastomosis is formed between the aorta and the multiple-branch aortic prosthesis with inclusion of the descending thoracic aorta into the anastomosis zone of the stent-graft with a continuous blanket suture. Under the conditions of brain perfusion, anastomoses of the branches of the multi-branch prosthesis are alternately formed with the left subclavian artery, the left common carotid artery, and the brachiocephalic trunk. Proximal anastomosis of the prosthesis with an ascending aorta is then formed at the level of the sinotubular junction.
EFFECT: method allows to provide separate prosthetics of the brachiocephalic branches during their separation, to perform perfusion through the side branch of the multi-branch prosthesis, by combining open surgical operation and endovascular intervention on the descending thoracic aorta.
