SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. Postaural access, separation of soft tissues and skin of the external auditory canal to the tympanic membrane are performed. Tympanic membrane is divided into two layers, the outer epidermal and internal mucosa. They separate and lower the inner layer before contact with the hammer, and in its absence – with the element of the sound-conducting circuit. Then form a lumbar meatotympanal flap on the back feeding leg in the region of the back side of the external auditory canal, consisting of the skin of the anterior, upper, lower walls of the external auditory canal and the outer epidermal layer of the tympanic membrane. Flap is covered with the back wall of the external auditory canal, the tympanal membrane relegated to the natural level, and its anterior sections are laid on the bone of the anterior wall of the auditory meatus in the region of the meatotympanal angle.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the morphological and functional results of the operation with a simultaneous increase in hearing in the patient due to the formation of a linguiform meatotympanal flap on the back feeding leg in the region of the posterior wall of the external auditory canal.
