SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a single-cord blind, comprising a stationary body, in which on its front side there is a fixing plate, having a fixing shaft, and a torsion spring is installed. Stationary body comprises a rotary plate, having a rotary cylinder with engaging parts and coupling grooves formed on its inner surface and distal end. Fixing shaft on its outer surface has a washer groove and is fixedly mounted in the rotary cylinder. Body comprises a reducer, having a plurality of gears; a working plate having a gripping control cord and rotatably coupled with the plurality of gears; a locking plate, which prevents the reducer and the control cord from leaving their positions; and a transmitting element, screwed with the rotary part of the body, in order to connect and detach the cover. Single-cord blind further comprises: a stopper that is inserted around the fixing shaft of the stationary body and is attached to the engaging parts of the stationary body and which has a through hole, a front connecting part and a rear fixing part. Furthermore, the device comprises a rotary portion, which is installed in the through hole of the stopper and which has front coupling grooves and a pair of symmetrically arranged fastening protrusions, each of which has an upper flange; a spring which is mounted around the connecting part of the stopper. Device comprises a protective tube which is rigidly engaged with the coupling grooves, made in the rotary cylinder of the stationary body, and which has a hollow cylindrical body having a front opening and a plurality of connecting pins on the rear side. Cylindrical body has, at its front end, an inner fixing ring on which the spring is seated. Device further comprises a rotary tube, which is connected around the protective tube and which has a plurality of internal protrusions for coupling with the coupling grooves of the rotary portion; and a washer, which is fixed in the washer groove of the fixing shaft.
