FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: furnace contains a housing 1 with a heat-insulated thermo-chamber 2 with temperature zones 3 including channels 4 for passing the fibers 7. The body 1 has end removable walls 5 with slit-like windows 6 for passing the treated fibers 7. The slit-like windows 6 are provided with shutters 8. The furnace contains a duct system with fans 9 and air heaters 10. Bypass rollers 11 serve to guide the processed fibers 7 through the heat chamber 2. On the furnace body 1 there are two vertical rows of pressure gas dispensers 12 and exhaust gas guides 13 arranged in alternating order and capable of creating counterflows of air with respect to the direction of fibers movement. Dispensing 12 and exhaust 13 gas guides are connected to channels 4 by means of nozzle devices 14, conjugated to the ends of each channel 4. Each nozzle device 14 comprises two nozzles 15 arranged symmetrically with respect to the channel 4 and directed inwardly of the latter. The dispensing channel of the fan 9 is connected to a gas outlet pipe 17 equipped with a gas concentration throttle 18. The suction duct of the fan 9 is connected to a supply nozzle of vacuum 19 equipped with a vacuum choke 20.
