FIELD: heating and ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating and ventilation of large industrial premises with high ceilings, in which, according to the conditions of ensuring the safety of production, air recirculation is not allowed. The heating and ventilation unit contains air intake pipes, air heaters, bypass air valves, fans, horizontal and vertical air ducts. Horizontal air ducts are located under the ceiling of the production room and include: central horizontal air ducts, which receive cold air from air intake pipes, and extreme horizontal air ducts, which receive warm air heated by heaters. The central horizontal air ducts are equipped with air distribution nozzles that form vertical fan-shaped jets of cold air supply to the upper zone of the production room. The extreme horizontal air ducts contain vertical air ducts equipped with air distribution nozzles, forming horizontal axisymmetric jets of heated air directed into the working area of the production room. It is preferable that the heating and ventilation system may contain central horizontal air ducts, which receive two air streams: cold air from the air intake pipes and warm air heated on the air heaters.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the consumption of thermal energy in steam by heating a smaller volume of air on the heaters and supplying it to the working area of the technological equipment while maintaining the frequency of air exchange, as well as ensuring the safety of work in conditions of pollution of the premises with explosive and flammable air gases and mixtures.
