SUBSTANCE: ironing apparatus comprises water tank (4), steam generator (5) connected to the water tank by a supply circuit, and a water treatment system provided with means (10, 11) for precipitating calcium carbonate, wherein the water treatment device is located in a supply circuit connecting tank (4) with steam generator (5), and comprises receptacle (7) having filter (8) which is adapted to pass water and trap the particles in the water, depending on their size, with filter (8) forming a filtering barrier between primary chamber (71), which is intended to supply water from tank (4) and in which, under the action of said means (10, 11), scale crystals are formed to precipitate calcium carbonate, and secondary chamber (72), in which outlet point (83) is provided for supplying water to the steam generator.
EFFECT: present invention is aimed at creating of an ironing apparatus, said ironing apparatus comprising a water treatment device that prevents the scale formation in the steam generator, the device is easy to use, safe and economical.
