FIELD: wood-working industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to mixing equipment for the manufacturing of wood concrete. Device for manufacturing the wood concrete contains a cylindrical body with loading and unloading windows, a drive shaft, a stirring device in the form of rods paired on the drive shaft and blades, as well as a drive. Body of the device is made in the form of a horizontally located hollow cylinder. Inside the body is a central shaft, supported by bearings on the supports. On the shaft with the help of the keys are installed internal and external blades, each of which consists of bearing assemblies, connected together by means of a threaded connection. Central shaft through the coupling is connected to the electric motor. Central shaft is connected via a gear train to the body of the device. Central shaft is connected through the internal gearing to the body of the bearing assembly of the outer blades. In the front of the hull is mounted a loading and unloading hatch.

EFFECT: quality of mixing of wood particles with a binder is increased.
